Because we do not hold or ship any products, we cannot offer refunds or returns. All transactions are solely between buyer and seller, and any disputes must be resolved between them.

Our role is limited to enabling listings and discovery. We do not take part in negotiations or payments. Issues regarding a purchase must be addressed directly with the seller. In some cases, sellers or partners may use an approved payment intermediary (such as a gateway, e-wallet, or escrow service) to facilitate transactions. These intermediaries operate under their own terms and conditions. MyTradeBee is not responsible for their performance, fees, or security. Any issues must be raised directly with the seller and/or the intermediary.
- We are not responsible for the quality, authenticity, or accuracy of products listed.
Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that product information (quality, authenticity, certifications, availability, pricing) is accurate and up-to-date.
- No guarantee of performance or suitability.
We do not guarantee that any product will meet buyer expectations or perform as advertised. Buyers should conduct their own research and due diligence.
- No liability for damages, losses, or injuries.
We are not liable for any damages, losses, injuries, misrepresentations, non-delivery, defective/unsafe goods, or counterfeit items arising from the use or purchase of products listed on our platform.

These terms form a binding agreement between users and MyTradeBee.
By using our platform, you release MyTradeBee from any and all liabilities, claims, and damages that may arise from your use of the marketplace.
