Since ancient times, bee pollen has been used to cure a variety of illnesses, including diabetes. Insulin resistance and decreased insulin production are common issues in people with type 2 diabetes, which can result in high blood sugar and other health issues. This study investigated if kelulut bee pollen, a form of bee, may help persons with type 2 diabetes lower their HBA1C levels. HBA1C is your average blood glucose (sugar) levels for the last two to three months. 30 patients were used in the trial, and they were split into two groups. One group took bee pollen twice daily for four weeks, while the other group did not. According to the findings, those who got bee pollen had considerably lower HBA1C levels than those who did not. This implies that bee pollen might be a valuable complementary therapy for those with type 2 diabetes.
